This Terms of Use outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sleepy Bug Studio’s(“Sleepy Bug”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) applications/games(hereinafter referred to as “Applications”).

By downloading or using Applications developed by Sleepy Bug, these terms will automatically apply to You(“User”, “You”, “Your”) – therefore, you should make sure that you read them carefully before using Applications.

Using Our Applications

You are responsible for the internet connection and/or any mobile data charges that may be incurred whilst using Applications. You should confirm any applicable data charges with your mobile phone operator before you start using Applications.

Improve Your experience of our Applications,

There may be times that Applications and/or services are unavailable to You for maintenance, upgrade or other technical reason. This may be on a scheduled or unscheduled basis.

Sleepy Bug is committed to ensuring that Applications are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, We reserve the right to make changes to Applications or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

We will never charge you for the Applications or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

You should not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or try, in any way, to hack Applications or game servers or third party networks. You should not, in any way, try and intercept, circumvent or tamper with any communication between Applications and the networks and servers they connect to.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights of Applications developed by Sleepy Bug, including but not limited to, design and gameplay are exclusively owned by Us or licensed to Us.

You should not copy or modify the Applications, any part of the Applications, or Our trademarks in any way. You should not attempt to extract the source code of the Applications, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the Applications into other languages or make derivative versions.

You should not copy or distribute the Applications, either privately or publicly. Unless You have prior agreement, in writing from us, You should not create any derivative work from our Applications or any part thereof.

Changes to Terms of Use

We may update Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
